The bridge carries the Docklands Light Railway between Shadwell and Limehouse Stations as well as the main line railway between Fenchurch Street and Limehouse.

Railway Bridge on Pitsea Street, Stepney
This narrow road leads from Cabe Street towards to A13 Commercial Road.
It passes under the combined railway bridge of the Dockland Light Railway (between Shadwell and Limehouse) and the Limehouse main line (between Stratford and London).
Calling on Joker, I have found Batman's Garage. Must be where he services the batmobile...
