Sculpture outside Belle Vue Primary School, Lawnswood Road, Wordsley, Stourbridge
The sculpture shows a boy and a girl with a skipping rope, from which the word "Welcome" is attached. It is perhaps doubtful if many children today would know what a skipping rope is. Perhaps they ought to be holding a tablet computer instead?

SPAR supermarket, 102 Lawnswood Road, Lawnswood, Wordsley, Stourbridge
A small SPAR supermarket in the middle of a parade of shops serving the Lawnswood district of Wordsley. Next to the shops is the Lawnswood public house. This supermarket is one of over 2,500 SPAR branded stores in the UK, although they are not all in the same ownership. Originally founded in the Netherlands in 1932, SPAR stores are to be found in many other countries too, but ownership arrangements vary between countries.
Next door to the supermarket, on the right, is Holbeache Travel, a travel agent. To the left of SPAR is Digipix, which provides professional digital printing for photographers. Next to that is a sandwich shop.
