The Brinton Arms, 75 Bewdley Road
Not to be confused with the closed Brindley Arms, which was in Mitton Street, and was demolished some years ago, and replaced with a housing development. The Brinton Arms is a thriving pub and the only one on Bewdley Road. The Brinton Arms dates from around 1938 and replaced an earlier pub.

The Brinton Arms, 75 Bewdley Road
This very large Marstons pub is popular with drinkers, families and people after a good meal. It has a beer garden and children's facilities. It has been here a very long time, and was rebuilt at some point before the Second World War. It is named after the Brinton family, who operated one of the best known carpet manufacturers in nearby Kidderminster. The firm is still in existence today.

Stourport War Memorial Park - looking towards Park Avenue
Most of the park consists of grassed areas but there are various facilities here, including a children's recreation area, which is in the far distance, to the right. It is close by Park Avenue, where there is provision for car parking.

Stourport War Memorial Park - looking towards Park Avenue
The park is mainly a grassed area divided by footpaths. There are some facilities here, such as a children's recreation area, a community centre with sports changing facilities, a scout hut etc. Park Avenue is in the far distance. Beyond the road can be glimpsed another grassed area, which is not part of the park.
