Sandford Orcas: postbox № DT9 43 and phone
The postbox faces the village hall across the pavement, which is at a raised level compared to the main carriageway of the road. It is emptied at 4pm on weekdays and at 10:15am on Saturdays.

Activity in Sandford Orcas
Well, evidence of activity anyway, in this sleepy Dorset village. The house is having extensive restoration. And the "road ahead closed" signs indicate more work going on further along the village.
