Moonshiner
Mural on the wall of the garden of the Red Lion pub on Hope Street, one of a number of murals in the Weymouth Mural Trail set up in 2022. Painted by artist Ivy Langley, this one depicts the illicit landing of French brandy by the Charles family of Osmington Mills in the early 19th Century, inspired by the poem "A Smuggler’s Song" by Rudyard Kipling.
