A small flock of what Mike Pennington tells me are immature mute swans came flying in low from the right. I just managed to capture this image before they disappeared from view.

Waterbirds, Radipole Lake Nature Reserve, Weymouth
Numerous birds taking their ease in the October sun not far from the RSPB (Royal Society for the Protection of Birds) information centre. Visible on the horizon is a transmitter tower on Bincombe Hill at SY687848 about 5.5 kilometres north.
