Stratton: postbox № DT2 173, Dorchester Road
This postbox stands in a layby alongside the pictured noticeboard and another board on each side. The layby just now contained parked cars snug to the wall, so I could not see the box from any other angle.
It is emptied at 5pm on weekdays and at 11am on Saturdays.

Former farm cottages and The Green - Stratton
The farm has now been built on during the last ten years with a lot of new development in the west of this village. The old pub down the road has been redesignated and a new one - The Saxon Arms is humming with trade. The cottages now stand overlooking The Green opposite the pub.
