Buckland Newton: the Old Chapel Stores
The village store, occupying a former chapel on the main road. It did have a post office until the 2008 round of closures, when it was downgraded and services provided from the parish hall a few mornings a week. The post office services has now moved back here, but retaining the new shorter hours.

Buckland Newton: postbox № DT2 6 and Parish Hall
This modern postbox stands outside the Parish Hall which, for a short time, hosted the village post office a few hours a week (for more on which, see Image). It is emptied finally at 4:15pm on weekdays and at 11am on Saturdays.
