Time for a quickie
Inside the Queens Head, Epworth. We passed this pub as we was sweeping the Peatlands Way, a 50mile walk from Thorne. We only went in for one but ended up having two.

Market Cross in Epworth
Situated in the Market Place, this Market Cross is a Grade II listed building. The black plaque on the cross has the following wording: JOHN WESLEY (1703 - 1791) preached from these steps on many occasions Queen Street can be seen behind the Market Cross.
