Situated in Victoria Street West. Pevsner says "The PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE BUILDING is typical Edwardian Baroque, 1913 by Paul Waterhouse." Rather spoilt by the modern ground-floor treatment.

27 Osborne Street, Grimsby
This might be the closest Grimsby got to concrete Brutalism. The oversailing upper storeys have projecting concrete beams. The panels between the concrete frame appear to be clad in glazed tiles. A faint, old sign reads 'Norwich Union House'.
