Priorities
1 Oct 2022 | Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour Grimsby Town Centre Response (3 Oct 2022)Anti-Social Behaviour is still centred around Freshney Place and Victoria Street but has seen a movement towards St James Square. We are aware and are taking positive action to deal with through the completion of home visits, issuing banning notices, Community Protection Warnings and Notices. We will also refer those involved to the appropriate services as and when required for them to be dealt with them for criminal offences. One young person has received an Acceptable Behaviour Contract and another person has received a Community Protection Warning (CPW) in relation to anti-social behaviour in the Town Centre. We are working with partners such as Freshney Place, McDonald's, EQUANS, Youth services and North East Lincolnshire Council Safer Communities Team. If you see any Anti-Social Behaviour in the area of the Grimsby Town Centre please contact us on 101. |
1 Oct 2022 | Drug dealing Response (3 Oct 2022)We are building and developing intelligence through out the West Marsh as a whole. We always encourage anyone to report any suspicious activity. This can either be done via 101, the force website or anonymously via Crimestoppers. |
1 Oct 2022 | Anti-Social Behaviour Boulevard Park and Duke Of York Gardens area Response (3 Oct 2022)The recent nice weather has brought a great deal of the public to the parks and open spaces. Unfortunately we have had reports that a small minority have been not playing nicely with others. Your local neighbourhood team will be patrolling these areas to disrupt this behaviour. For further advice, or to report any incidents please contact us via 101. Also, look out for our drop in sessions at various locations around the ward. Remember that you can also sign up to receive alerts about any issues in your area via www.mycommunityalert.co.uk |
