View near Scotter
Scotter, like many suburbanised villages, is surrounded by notices warning people to keep out or not to trespass or simply indicating private property. Sometimes it is local farmers trying to contain the damage done by people who have no understanding of the needs of farming. At other times it is people who have moved out of the towns staking their claim to privacy.
