The Nook, High Street, Snaith
An attractive early Georgian house, 4 bays with parapet cornice. The Historic England listing describes it as “A distinguished house in a prominent position, with good interior details.” Listed Grade II.

Built as a single house around 1700, it has been much altered since. By the late 20th century, it had become two dwellings, the corner house also having a shop front on the Church Lane face. When listed in the 1980s, the outside was finished in render. Listed Grade II.

Snaith Old Grammar School
The Historic England listing describes this as “C15-C16 origins with unsympathetic later alterations and west extension” which sums it up exactly. A very non-descript building, originally a school, it later became the church hall. Listed Grade II.
