Gringley Methodist Church
Built in 1886 by the Primitive Methodist congregation. Between 1932 and 1958 it was one of two Methodist congregations in the village, the other being in the former Wesleyan Chapel. In 1958 the two congregations merged, this church still being in use.

Gringley Village Cross
Medieval market or wayside cross, it is thought to be at or close to its original position. Listed as 14th century although the scheduling as a monument does not refer to a specific century. Listed Grade II and Scheduled Monument.

Cross Hill Cottage
A well proportioned early 19th century 3-bay house in local brick, but modern tiling. Listed Grade II. There is a bench mark http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/4242229 on the corner of the house to the left, hidden behind the black car.
