Edmondbyers Village Hall
This is the building in the centre. It started life in the early 19th century as a Methodist chapel, as can be seen from the windows. Converted for the community after the second world war.

Barker House at Edmundbyers
Although this is now a private dwelling, it started life as a farmhouse, probably in the mid 18th century, but could be older. It sits in the centre of the village, beside the green.

This house is on the B6278 on the southern side of the village. It was originally a late 19th century farmhouse.

Trough on the green, Edmundbyers
Actually five troughs, each one overflowing to the next when there is a water supply, which seems to be lacking. The last trough would overflow onto the ground.
