Boots store, Market Place, Durham
Shop front with decorative scrollwork around the upper windows (at a guess, stucco moulding).
It was originally Doggarts department store, built some time between the 1930s-1950s to replace their older premises on the same site. Doggarts was a family run chain of department stores which operated in North East England, begun in the 1890s and ceased trading in 1980 (Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doggarts ).

"I love Durham", Durham Lumiere 2011
A giant snow dome encasing the Marquess of Londonderry's statue in the Market Square is one of the most compelling of all the displays in the Durham Lumiere festival 2011. Created by Jacques Rival, the words "I love Durham" are displayed at the foot of the statue (not clear on this image). The statue of Neptune at the northern end of the square is in the foreground.
