Shop front with decorative scrollwork around the upper windows (at a guess, stucco moulding). It was originally Doggarts department store, built some time between the 1930s-1950s to replace their older premises on the same site. Doggarts was a family run chain of department stores which operated in North East England, begun in the 1890s and ceased trading in 1980 (Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doggarts ).
