Deomolition of Kirkcudbright Creamery
Opened in 1921 and run as a co-operative, followed by a period as part of The Scottish Milk Marketing Board. Finally closed in 2010 and is now being demolished for a housing development.

Kirkudbright Creamery
The creamery opened in 1921 http://www.kirkyards.co.uk/historyarticle.asp?ID=96&p=19&g=1 , though the tall building probably dates from the 1930s.
In 2002 the creamery was bought by Milk Link, who closed it down in 2010.
