Walnut Cottage
We used to sit on the wall of this garden as children, while we were waiting on the bus back from Broughty Ferry beach. We could never figure out how the place got its name, because we couldn't see any walnuts.

Broughty Ferry New Kirk, St Aidan's, Brook Street
Broughty Ferry New Kirk was created in 2005 as a result of a Union between St Aidan's and East Church. St Aidan's is the oldest church in Broughty Ferry, opening as a place of worship in May 1826. It was originally a Chapel of Ease under the Parish of Monifieth. Features of the building are its spire and clocktower and two stained glass windows, the work of William Morris and Sir Edward Burne-Jones. The Communion table is also the Parish War Memorial.See Image
