Pinfold near Little Budworth
The pinfold as it looked eleven years ago Image], the road sign seems to have been moved and still nothing done to the old road sign (dated 1893).
A circular plaque on the side reads 'PINFOLD - An enclosure in which stray animals were impounded until claimed on payment of a fine, has existed on this site since the 17th century. Restored and repaired 1986'.
