The Parochial Hall and neighbouring buildings, High Street, Kenilworth
The Parochial Hall is the building in the centre of the photograph with stone window surrounds. It acts as the parish hall for St Nicholas church, the entrance to which is across the road, and is the only large community space in this part of the town.

Kenilworth buildings [5]
St Nicholas Hall, formerly the Parochial Hall is at 28 High Street. Built in 1910 on the site of a tithe barn. The hall was renovated in 2011 and is available for hire. Kenilworth is a market town some 6 miles south west of Coventry. The town lies on Finham Brook, a tributary of the River Sowe, which joins the River Avon about 2 miles to the north-east. A priory and a castle were built at the same time around 1122. A field in the town is named Parliament Field as Henry III held a Parliament there in August 1266 whilst his troops were besieging the castle. Kenilworth today is a dormitory town for commuters to Coventry, Birmingham and Leamington Spa.
