Hearsall Baptist church star
The simple Christmas-time decoration on the tower of the 1920s Sunday school buildings has been a part of the Chapelfields night sky for many years and was refurbished in 2003. Queensland Road with its recently pollarded trees to the right and in the foreground, the 1960s church building.

Hearsall Baptist Church Hall
Former Sunday School dating from 1928, replacing a previous building in Lord Street (see Image). The architect was G A Steane. The building was also used for services until 1962 when the new church building, part of which can be seen on the left, was opened (see Image).

Hearsall Baptist Church
Baptist church on Queensland Avenue, opened in 1962, prior to which the congregation had used the adjacent hall (see Image). The building was designed by local architects Redgrave and Clarke.
