I am a dedicated Detective Inspector with over 19 years of service with West Midlands Police. Since joining in 2007, I have become an accredited detective and gained extensive experience leading and supporting complex investigations across a range of specialist areas. My background includes major crime, local CID, domestic abuse and public protection, as well as community focused projects tackling serious youth violence and county lines criminality.

Currently, I am the Neighbourhood manager for the South North West Sector in Coventry. My focus is on delivering a high quality policing service, bringing offenders to justice at the earliest opportunity, and always putting victims at the centre of our work. I am passionate about improving the efficiency and effectiveness of investigations to secure positive outcomes for victims and local communities
I am committed to fostering strong, positive relationships with the community through engagement and by addressing the matters that matter the most to residents. The team have been working with Safer Travel West Midlands to patrol local bus stops and bus routes as well as Tile Hill Train Station and Canley Train Station.
We identified an individual responsible for criminal damage to a bus at Jardine Crescent and have taken appropriate action.
As a result there has been a fall in antisocial behaviour (ASB) reports. Ongoing review

Road safety and drug dealing in the community. As raised in Public Meetings and by Local Councillors.

Your Policing Team recently carried out Operation Regroup which was targeted activity with Partner Agencies and our Community, reacting to concerns raised by residents and businesses across Tile Hill, Canley, Whoberley and Coundon. Joint operations ranging from providing crime prevention advice and considerate parking awareness to making 7 arrests and seizing tens of thousands of pounds worth of drugs and illegal goods. The Operation saw over 30 speeding motorists caught, 11 vehicles seized, 3 stolen vehicles recovered and a drugs house shut down with a closure order. We thank local residents and Councillors who gave up their time to help us keep the community safe. This is an ongoing review
