Neighbourhood Officer Details
I am currently the Sector Inspector for the South and North West of Coventry Local Policing Area, a region home to over 200,000 residents.
I originally joined West Midlands Police in 2006 where I was posted to Coventry North East Operational Command Unit in Foleshill.
Following this I then worked in a variety of roles and locations all across the West Midlands before returning to local policing in Coventry during 2021.
I am passionate about creating safer communities, bringing offenders to justice and safeguarding the most vulnerable.

I am a dedicated Detective Inspector with over 15 years of service with West Midlands Police. Since joining in 2008, I have gained valuable experience in various uniform policing roles, including Neighbourhood Policing, Community Action Teams, and Organised Crime Teams. Transitioning into Investigations, I became an accredited detective and have worked in roles such as Force Priorities, Gangs Taskforce, Intervention and Prevention, Complex Crime, and Child Investigations.
Most recently, I spent two years in the Force Executive Team as a Staff Officer to an Assistant Chief Constable and the Director for Commercial Services.
These varied roles have helped me develop a comprehensive understanding of both operational and community-based policing responsibilities.
Currently, I am the Neighbourhood Manager for the South and North West Sector in Coventry. My focus is on fostering positive relationships with the community through engagement and addressing local issues. I believe in a proactive approach to policing, supporting my staff to ensure they have the resources, training, and equipment needed to deliver a high standard of policing, protect the community, and bring offenders to justice.
