Old Milestone by the A429, Kenilworth Road, Coventry Parish
Stone post (plate lost) by the A429, in parish of COVENTRY (COVENTRY District), Kenilworth Road; between Nos 63 & 65, on grass verge, 5ft from kerb, on East side of road. Erected by the Coventry & Warwick turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Bus stop, Kenilworth Road, Coventry
Appearances are deceptive: this is a residential road. Behind the wide belts of trees (mostly oak and beech) are detached houses, each with its own drive from the Kenilworth Road. The bus laybys have been formed fairly recently. A National Express service 12X pauses for passengers. This view is from a Stagecoach X17 service bound for Warwick.
