Old Junction Cottage
Looking east. This was the point at which the horse tramway from Stratford-upon-Avon crossed the road from the left (Image) and then split to form two branches towards Shipston-on-Stour and Moreton-in-Marsh. When the lines to Shipston and Moreton were converted into railways in 1889 a new direct curve was built between them bypassing this junction, and the former tramway to Stratford was abandoned.

Old railway carriage
Although now heavily clad in corrugated iron sheeting and with the addition of a brick chimney, this structure is still unmistakably a very old railway carriage.
