This is the view up Main Street at the junction with Peacock lane. The drinking fountain on the left was erected in 1886.
The inscription round the arch says:-

Preaching cross dating from 15th century in the churchyard of Middle Tysoe church. The cross is Grade II* listed.
Historic England description
Preaching cross. C15. Ironstone. Polygonal plinth of 2 stages. Square base of 2 stages, the angles of the second stage moulded. Cross shaft with moulded angles. Shrine head, the top missing. (Buildings of England: Warwickshire, p.436).
