Industrial units at Warwick
These units have been built alongside new housing on formerly greenfield sites on the outskirts of Warwick. No doubt the proximity of the M40 motorway was key to their positioning.

These new houses have just been completed on a greenfield site in Warwick. They are a typical example of the fairly bland, standardised architecture used in most mass market housing developments around the town recently.

Homes in the rain
Warwick has undergone considerable expansion in the past few years, unfortunately much of it on greenfield sites and mostly with bland identikit architecture. These are a case in point, built with 'instant heritage' features mimicking genuine period houses found in the town centre. At least the marketing suite is unashamedly modern.

Tournament Fields business park, Warwick
Looking west from the roundabout on the access road. The business park has hardly been started due to the economic situation. The barrier in the foreground is blocking off what will eventually be an access road to the part of the park on the left. The hedgeline in the distance is the edge of the A46 north of Longbridge island, the M40 Jnc 15/A46/A429 interchange.
