Four similar blocks surround a car park. Signs at the entrance announce these companies: IRESS, NavitusBay, Phillips 66, Smith & Nephew. An agent's sign advertises 15,300 square feet still to let.

Alpha House, Warwick Technology Park
Severn Trent Water welcomes you (unless they've moved - premises are to let). Deceptive appearance http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=Warwick&sll=53.800651,-4.064941&sspn=14.171015,28.476563&ie=UTF8&ll=52.274591,-1.567633&spn=0.007156,0.013905&t=h&z=16 It's the white-roofed jobbie at the top.

Entrance to Co-operative House, formerly Alpha House, Warwick Technology Park
In 2009 Alpha House had been occupied by some branch of Severn Trent Water and was for sale or to let http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1197217 The Midcounties Co-operative have made some alterations. They are a welcome newcomer to Leamington having opened a convenience store with a contemporary feel in the Lower Parade, which is thriving. The Heart of England Co-operative Society, with a couple of convenience stores locally, is rather less customer-facing: they won't recognise a Co-operative membership card, prompting the thought "When is the Co-op not the Co-op?"

Wireless House, Warwick Technology Park
An early occupant of Wireless House was the BBC Transmission Department, see photo of 2009 http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1197189 when it was already home to Arqiva, which describes itself as "a communications infrastructure and media services company, operating at the heart of the broadcast, satellite and mobile communications markets". A small sign at the barrier bears the name Arqiva although the company's website does not list it as a regional office; the nearest is Daventry. The currency of information on websites and search engines has always to be called into question.

National Grid offices, Warwick Technology Park
Part of a huge office complex, originally built as Conoco's UK HQ (they own the Jet petrol brand), but they have moved to 'smaller' premises elsewhere on the site.

This monster was originally built for the BBC's transmission department and is still bristling with comms.
Now 'arqiva' welcomes you.
