The Bull (minus signs)
since I last photographed this pub in May 2012 Imagethe brewery signs have all been removed from the walls. In fact the signs had only been removed a few minutes earlier and the workman was packing up his van as I drove up to the pub.

Pub Sign
This is actually a brewery sign but is located on the gable end wall of the Bull at Weston under Wetherley. The pub appeared to have shut down when this photo was taken. The Greene King Brewery was established in 1799.

The Bull Public House
All closed up with nothing happening and no activity. There were no. signs or notices on the pub but it appeared as if the pub had closed down

Oaks Stables
Although the gate of this establishment had a painted sign saying stables and showing the head of a horse, the only head that could be seen was that of a goat peering over one of the doors.

The Bull at Weston under Wetherley
Yet another of the country pubs that has closed down as the number of people drinking in such establishments declines. This one belongs to Abbot Greene King Ales. The inn sign was badly faded or had been deliberately removed.
