Sole Survivor
This cottage is all that remains of the former mansion site of Newbold Comyn in Leamington Spa. On old maps it appears to be nestled close to the wings of the former mansion, which was demolished in the 60's and the estate built over. This cottage, along with a gatehouse a few hundred yards away, managed to avoid demolition and are occupied to this day, surrounded by 60's housing.

Remains of Willes family home
These railings in Newbold Terrace East are all that remains of the site of the home of the Willes Family. They were major contributors to the development of Leamington as a fashionable spa town in the 1800s. The house itself has long since been demolished and the site occupied by more recent housing.
