The south side of Fallow Hill flats, Sydenham
The main part of the Sydenham estate was planned as a series of closes whose fronts are pedestrian only and face each other across open space. The rear sides of the closes share a parking court. This one is between Crabtree Close and Joan's Close.

Sydenham Industrial Estate
This large industrial Estate on the east side of Leamington Spa is on a triangle of land bounded by the Grand Union canal on the north, the railway track on the west and the Sydenham residential estate on the east.

Houses on the Sydenham Estate
Until the late 20th C most of this square was occupied by Sydenham Farm and its fields. A large number of the houses do not have direct car access but have a garage a short distance away.
