Road sign - Warwick Street, Rugby
New road signs have recently been erected around the Warwick Street area causing some local controversy with claims that they are out of scale in this conservation area. In this view, St Matthew's church is on the left and Rugby School straight ahead. The 'B4500' to Bilton was the proposed new number for the former A4071 (when the Western Relief Road is opened), but there is already a B4500 in North Wales, and other signs show it as the B4642 - so confusion reigns.

Rugby - Wool Street
Possibly the shortest street in the world, linking Sheep Street and Drury Lane. Its name probably reflecting Rugby's history as a market town. It is flanked by two pubs, The Bull and Chesters (The Exchange).
