This ranges from large groups of youths gathering, and behaving in an antisocial manner, to groups of people drinking on the street, shouting and swearing, causing distress to passers by and local businesses. We as a team aim to be out on foot tackling these issues, utilising ASB powers to tackle persistent offenders. |
