G.E.C Projects was on this site off Boughton Road. The offices remain but the rest of the site is a new housing development.

Rugby-Alstom Works
One of the few remaining buildings on the Boughton Road site. It was a large machine shop but has been used more recently as a Warehouse.The picture was taken from the towpath of the Oxford Canal, just inside SP5077.

Oxford Canal: Bridge Number 59: Boughton Road Bridge
This was once the site of an old farmers' bridge, but that was demolished and the current concrete bridge came post-war. The photograph was taken on a gloomy September afternoon with heavy rain just beginning to fall.
