Towards Warwick Road, the ring road and points south. The large brick-faced block is named Greyfriars: it has 85 fully furnished flats, of different sizes, for rent by Rise Homes of Stockport.

Early 19th century town house, now converted to retail/business use, Listed Grade II. Warwick Row seems to have a particular attraction for estate agents.

Animal drinking fountain, Greyfriars Green
The fountain is at the end of a trough that now serves as a flower planter. The inscription on the plinth reads: "Coventry Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, erected in memory of Caroline Bray who founded the above society in 1878". A plaque on the side of the trough gives further information: "Caroline (Cara) Bray and her husband Charles were friends of George Eliot the Victorian novelist who attended school in nearby Warwick Row. This memorial trough, formerly in Queens Road was re-sited jointly by CVOne, Coventry City Council and the George Eliot Fellowship in 2002."

An inscription on the plinth of the fountain at the end of the trough reads: "Coventry Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, erected in memory of Caroline Bray who founded the above society in 1878". The buildings visible in the background are in Warwick Row which used to join Queens Road until severed by the ring road.
