These buildings were erected behind the hoarding, seen in this image of Image On the far left, of the frame, is a fragment of number 45. The wire fence and Portakabin may indicate that work is still being carried out to the buildings.

It would seem that the building was being shored up, as it is next to the site where numbers 47 and 49 were located, as mentioned in Image The workmen were having a bonfire and the smoke can be seen rising above the hoarding.
