Old Milestone by the A261, London Road, Hythe Parish
Stone post (plate lost) by the A261, in parish of HYTHE (SHEPWAY District), London Road, West of junction with Old London Road, by "Romney Elm", back of verge, against hedge, on South side of road. Hythe marker, erected by the Faversham to Hythe & Canterbury turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription once read:- : (Ashford / 10½) : : (Hythe / 1) :
Carved bench mark and rivet on top.

Former B2067 passing Court Farm, Pedlinge
The lane in this southward-facing shot used to be the B2067 which at this point would have rambled its way from Lympne (2 miles), Aldington (6 miles), Hamstreet (11 miles) and Tenterden (19 miles). Court Farm is on the left hand side, situated on the former cliffs to the west of Hythe. More info can be found at http://www.hamstreet.info/b2067/index.html
