Derelict site at 65, Folkestone Road
Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/15/00364 for an “outline application for the erection of 11 flats with under-croft parking (with all matters reserved)”. Although “no parking” had been painted on the entrance to the site, the drivers of the car and vans had ignored this instruction!

Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/12/00717 for the "erection of building with an A1 ground floor level and 100 hour pharmacy with medical rooms on first and second floors, together with associated car parking to be used in conjunction with the White Cliffs Medical Centre, (following demolitions of numbers 139 and 149 Folkestone Road)".
