A coach travels on Jubilee Way in Dover. The road was opened in 1977, the year of Queen Elizabeth II's Silver Jubilee which is why the road is so named.

Demolition of multi-storey car park, Eastern Docks
Seen from the Saxon Shore Way/White Cliffs Country Trail, planning permission was granted by Dover District Council under application number 17/00178 for the “prior notif[i]cation for the demolition of multi-storey car park[s] and link bridges”. The work on removing the multi-storey car park can also be seen in this image of Image The planning application states that the building is not to be completely demolished as levels 1 and 2 are to be refurbished and made weatherproof. This seems to be the reason why scaffolding is now being erected over the remains of the multi-storey car park.
