Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/20/00784 for the “erection of first floor extension and external cladding”.
Number 31 is the house with the dark grey, garage door; the extension will replace the brick-built extension, attached to the right side of the house.

Looking northwest along College Road

Hoarding along College Road
This hid the work that was being carried out to break up concrete that used to surround Bede and Dunstan Houses (residential homes). Once this is accomplished, building work will start. Planning permission has been granted by Dover District Council under application number DOV/13/00522 for the “erection of 16 dwellings, cycle and bin stores, construction of access road and vehicular access, associated car parking and landscaping”.
