A Tight Squeeze
A Tesco delivery van inching its way down the track. The driver was delivering to a house almost 300 yards further down the lane; fortunately, the track did widen out but the driver had to go a further 300 yards beyond the house, turn and return before making the delivery.

Vanguard Way on Ballards Way
The long distance path heads along Ballards Way towards Ballards Farm Road.
It also heads right along Crest Road towards Valley Road near Littleheath Wood.

Coombe Lane dropping off the Addington Hills in a cutting
The pavement beside the road here climbs high above the cutting and looks down into it. Behind the photographer the tram route runs roughly parallel to the road through the woods.

Sunken Road towards the Croydon Tram Line
This former road is now a cycle path leading towards the A212 Coombe Lane.

Entrance to Addington Hills park on Coombe Lane
Crossing the tramway with no gates. Although the tram took over existing railway lines and added some like this, the safety considerations seem a lot more liberal than for the trains, especially in London. The trams do go quite a bit slower so possibly able to stop in time for most situations.
