Sanctuary of Christ Church, Purley
The sanctuary of Image no longer contains a communion table, since the church was reordered - see Image But the stained glass windows in the apse are still in place.

Interior of Christ Church, Purley
The interior of the church was reordered in the 1980s, with chairs facing a stage on the south side instead of the more usual rows of chairs or pews facing east.

Side chapel of Christ Church, Purley
The side chapel is dedicated to St Andrew. Although the screen is in the style of a medieval one, the whole church only dates from 1878 so it is 'gothic revival' rather than original gothic.
