Railway footbridge, Bensham Manor Passage, Thornton Heath
Bensham Manor Passage links Elm Road and Bensham Manor Road via a footbridge over the main line south out of Victoria. In order to prevent people throwing objects onto the track and passing trains, the bridge has been turned into a fortress.

Bensham Manor Passage, Thornton Heath
Bensham Manor Passage (footpath 675) runs from Bensham Manor Road over a footbridge to the corner of Elm Road and Gillett Road.
Dog-fouling is less of an issue than it was a few years ago, fortunately, but the smell of well-matured urine still tends to hang in the air.

Treetops Court and the Norbury Brook
Treetops Court is a small development off Swain Road, shoehorned in between buildings: the line of the Norbury Brook allows a route in, between the houses of Swain Road, and access to the houses from the car park is over little footbridges.

The Norbury Brook in front of Treetops Court
Treetops Court is a small development off Swain Road, shoehorned in between buildings: the line of the Norbury Brook allows a route in, between the houses of Swain Road, and access to the houses from the car park is over little footbridges. Behind the further footbridge the brook emerges from a culvert that stretches several hundred yards to Selhurst station.
