Former Burn Bullock, London Road
Former pub occupying a fine C18th house with a prominent modillion cornice. Grade II listed. The serene exterior concealed a rowdy interior which caused the pub to close in 2009. Illegal immigrants were found living in it in 2014, and an illegal car sales business was operating from the car park. There is now a plan to restore it and re-open as a hotel.
