The twin-gabled building is the Gardeners [sic] Arms pub.
Next door is a pair of C19th weatherboarded cottages. Grade II listed.

The Gardeners Arms, London Road
A reminder of Mitcham's pre-suburban days, the Dutch gabled Gardeners Arms pub and a pair of old weatherboarded houses.
The pub name probably comes from when areas like this were still outside London and would have been growing produce for the urban markets.
