Edward VII postbox, Gorringe Park Avenue, Mitcham
The King's monogram on the postbox is consistent with the 1908 date on the nearby church hall Image The road takes its name from Gorringe Park House, which stood somewhere nearby from the 1860s to the 1920s, and was the home of the Barbican Mission to the Jews (information from Merton council website).
