Subway Under the Roundabout
I have used this route on several occasions. The height of the subway under the A22 always appears to be too low; it is, however, an optical illusion.

Wapses Lodge Roundabout
Pedestrian subways under what is known colloquially (for obvious reasons, if you look in the background of the photo - that is the top of the Ann Summers warehouse and factory shop) as the Ann Summers roundabout, situated at the northern end of the 1930s Caterham bypass. Wapses Lodge itself is on Godstone Road, just north of the roundabout.

Inside the Roundabout
This massive roundabout is located at the northern end of the Caterham Bypass, on the A22. It could be viewed as a useful public space; currently, it appears to be used by dog walkers.
