Selsdon: Church of St. John the Divine
As I approached the church to photograph it, a tramp was seated on the bench outside, perhaps hoping for a cup of tea, or a few coppers towards something a bit stronger. But on seeing my camera, he removed himself very quickly.

The church has a traditional layout of west end baptistery, long nave and chancel, with a lady chapel to one side. There are no separate side aisles or transepts, only a narrow ambulatory.
