Originally a lodge to Selsdon Park (now a hotel), on Addington Road and in reasonable nick even though not obviously in use. Early C19th, stuccoed and with battlements.

Selsdon: Church of St. John the Divine
As I approached the church to photograph it, a tramp was seated on the bench outside, perhaps hoping for a cup of tea, or a few coppers towards something a bit stronger. But on seeing my camera, he removed himself very quickly.
