Cherry Orchard Road, Croydon
Croydon is the largest employment centre in south east England outside central London, and has a buoyant economy; it is one of London's most affluent boroughs. Nevertheless it is not immune to the apparent wave of indiscriminate teenage violence that is currently afflicting the metropolis.
